I have had this unit about 6 weeks and so far it has been great in maintaining a nice even temperature in my mobile home. We have had very HOT and humid weather here in Florida. It has done a fine job.

I purchased this item November 29 2022 arrived December 7 2022 and had it installed. On December 23 2022 I called about it rapid recycling ...runs less than a minute stops less than a minute countinously I was told that the coils were frozen and needed to put an outside cover on it to thaw them. Jake told me that it would be fine to run it with this cover on it. Thankfully I am well aware that this was NOT GOOD ADVICE Later a woman called to tell me not to run it with the cover on. However she said that I should cover it for 24 hours to let the coils thaw and then try it again. She also said she would call back in a couple of days to check with me--SHE DID NOT I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND AND JUST DONT HAVE THE ENERGY TO CALL BACK Im a senior citizen and live in a 400 sq ft condo...this is my ONLY source of heat and cooling

I wouldnt recommend purchasing this unit. The heat went out of mine in less then 2 years. It was the 2nd one I had to replace.
