I bought the unit on May 232023 from Walmart. Once received I installed it. Performed well for one day. Next day it stopped working. Called LG for assistance was not able to resolve issue with AI help. No help from chat line. Returned unit to Walmart. They did not have a replacement unit. I canceled order. I am now using my old unit.

This air conditioner is awesome. Has lots of cost saving options and pacts a punch. Great airflow. Cost conscious and wifi adapted. You just need to set this and forget about it. Cool my entire downstairs
