we bought all kitchenaid appliances for our newly built home, and paid over 15k for it all. The microwave does not work, and the dealer doesnt seem to care to call us back despite 2 messages already left on their voicemail. Very disappointed.

Purchased this microwave with updating my kitchen, needed a built in. Loved the style. Was not sure about the convection/microwave and price. It is the best microwave I have had and the cooking abilities is amazing-love it!
