Fun to use and learning about steam oven

Moved from CA to a new house in AZ and had to replace the awful Viking 45" gas range that had a poorly functioning oven. Went to Phoenix appliance store and compared different brands; chose the Thermador DUAL FUEL range after discussing features with saleswoman. I wanted the ELECTRIC oven and GAS cooktop. Loved the Thermador wall ovens I used to have and loved the Bosch wall ovens that replaced those later in the CA house. I have used the gas top a lot on this new model. The star-shaped gas burners are wonderful. Had this same type of gas cooktop in the CA house so I knew how to use them. Highly recommend. Learning to use the steam oven. It's fun so far. The oven itself works great. Really like the dials, options for baking and the light panel that lights up the dials. When you turn on a burner, a small blue light turns on so you can see that it's in use. I have not used the wi-fi at all, but I know it's a new feature to try later. We had a problem with the large oven door sitting ajar when it's "closed." It was delivered like that. It sticks out about 1/4" and is noticable. Had a repairman come for warranty and he said "they all come out of the factory like that" but he still ordered new hinges and a new oven gasket. He came back 2 weeks later and put these in. NO CHANGE. Ah well...the sample model in the store did NOT do that. Not happy with the $18k spent and the door sits ajar!! The factory should FIX that before they are shipped. Otherwise, it's 4.5 stars on function and user friendly.
A bit complicated

It is really hard to understand how to use the steam oven and the supporting documentation just isn't up to par. Other than that, I am enjoying this range so far. I would caution potential buyers to be certain you want the little steam oven over a traditional.... But... I also added an in-wall oven that has steam capabilites so I have that boxed checked twice.
