Ive had the machine for only a couple of weeks but it does everything I need easily and efficiently. Love the sensing feature that adds or subtracts drying time as needed. Even my husband can use this machine - and thats saying a lot

Very happy with the performances and appearance of the dryer. Very easy to use controls and like the two-way door. However really disappointed to find out it does not have an interior light that works automatically. Interior light only works if you open the dryer door within a few minutes of it stopping. If dryer has stopped for any length of time and you open the door to remove the clothes it stays dark inside. To get it to turn on you have to turn on the dryer power and also turn on the dryer light button a two step process. I dont think this could be any more inconvenient especially if your dryer is in a some what dim basement as ours is. I checked with LG and indeed this is the only way to get the light to go on. In all my years of doing laundry Ive never seen a dryer where the interior light didnt come on as you open the dryer door. At this price point this is nuts.

DRYER DELIVERED JUNE 8TH. USED ONCE A WEEK. SO FAR SO GOOD. THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE CYCLES IS A REALLY GREAT FEATURE. TWO WAY DOOR IS ALSO GREAT. UNIT APPEARS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY AND IS QUIET AND EFFICIENT.

We bought this dryer a month ago because our 17 year old dryer was starting to fail so we knew we better start looking around. We went to Home Depot since they had the best prices around our area. We looked at several brands but decided on the LG because of the quality and features was way above the other brands.
