I bought this LG washer a month ago and we are very pleased with it smooth wash great features. Has a detergent and softener compartment that help you to put the right amount of detergent. love the sound when finish the wash. Overall so far very satisfied with it.

Its good to have clear lid on top. Is it normal that the partial top of the load doesnt get wet with normal cycle? Generally only the cloth along the agitator is like washed but the rest floats on the same spot and hardly rotates. It says Deep Fill option allows you to add extra water to any cycle with the touch of a button but normal cycle doesnt get Deep Fill the machine cancels that function so I have to choose the option from other cycles. Spin is good.
