I recently discarded my Whirlpool freezer that at the time was only 10 years old when it died. My new Frigidaire freezer is larger and so quiet. I should have considered this brand 10 years ago, thank you.

It works great. The sides get really warm, almost too hot to touch when it is first plugged in. However, that is normal when it is trying to cool down. After it cools down, the sides are no longer hot.

We looked for a Frigidaire because several repairmen have recommended it as the most reliable brand. We were really pleased to find one that met our size requirements to fit our narrow space for a very reasonable price available for next day delivery. We really like the way the interior is designed to allow flexibility to suit our organizational needs.
