I have been completely ghosted in the middle of a web support I need help with a broken ac I purchased from you that is still under warranty. The first only time I used it it vibrated my entire house the noise was deafening I provided all the documentation they requested they stopped communication Please address This is no way to treat a customer

Unit failed after 6 months. LG service tech came and found that the unit had to be replaced. Waiting for a refund. Bought a different brand to replace and it works great.

I purchased this in April didnt fully use til May by June it wasnt cooling so went through a few troubleshooting phases to no avail the air conditioner was blowing 79 degrees on a 60. They wanted to fix it by replacing parts therefore I wouldve paid full price for a refurbished machine. Give me my money back please
