Finally got my AC installed Directions were useless family members installed it for me but it leaked into the house? I hired a handyman from Angi and he had had experience installing ACs and its working like a charm What a blessing in this awful heat and humidity

I reserve 5-star for perfection. I gave 4-stars because its very close. I wanted the WiFi interactive model and had to buy off Amazon to get it. Delivery was perfect. Product is perfect out of the box. Its 12000 BTU and keeps my small 2-bedroom Apartment cold all by itself. However the Thermometer is attached to the unit and it thinks its colder than it really is and it shuts off the compressor when in reality the rest of the room is like 4 or 5 degrees Fahrenheit warmer. This is problematic. The Thermometer should have had options for a remote across the room one or at least one that extended out of the machine with a long cord for me to place it further away. But other than that its great. My model even has an App I control it from my phone and it runs a Diagnostic to check all kinds of things internally and tell me if all the components and coolant levels are fine.
