Return Policy
Returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 15 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging. Accessories and manuals must be included. Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If service is needed, Silica will arrange to have service completed. Exchanges due to service/repair issues will only be authorized if the manufacturer deems a product non-repairable. Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged. All cash or check refunds will be processed by Silica For Your Home and may take up to 14 days to receive by mail. Credit card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is a financed purchase, the customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's Finance Agreement with Wells Fargo. Home Appliances, Electronics and Furniture are non-refundable if merchandise has been opened or used.

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.Should you find that you are wanting to return or cancel your furniture order, the following terms of sale apply:
- Returns and cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- All requests for returns and exchanges will need to be processed within 15 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
- Merchandise will need to be in original condition*
- All returns will need to be preauthorized and inspected thoroughly. If the merchandise is not in original condition* we reserve the right to refuse merchandise.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Items exempt from returning/exchanging: Merchandise that is clearanced, a floor model sample, and merchandise labeled "As-Is"
- A re-delivery / pickup free of $79.95 will be charged for your return and / or exchange.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
A non-refundable down payment of 35% is required for custom orders. No more than 65% of a custom order can be financed.
Any known damage will need to be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Silica stands behind manufacturers warranty 100%. Any costs beyond the manufacturers warranty will be responsibility of the consumer. If service is needed, Silica will arrange to have service completed.
* Original Condition is defined as, but not limited to, no signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts.

- The mattress is not a floor sample, closeout, discontinued or special buy item
- A mattress protector was purchased on the original invoice
- The mattress set purchased was for $499 or more
- The mattress is not stained, soiled, damaged, or missing the law label.
