LT1037HNR through the wall unit was easy to install. It worked better than expected in both cool and heat functions. It operates quietly and efficiently. We are pleased with this unit in all aspects.

My old unit in our garage apartment went out at the start of this Texas heat wave a month ago. Bought this unit and the LG wall sleeve separately the instructions for the wall sleeve were lacking and added frustration to this install but thats a different review I guess. Had to do some modifications to the wall due to the old unit being rather large comparatively to the LG unit but the unit itself was pretty straight forward to install with a little confusion with the instructions based on which sleeve you were using. Only took about 30 minutes to cool down the whole apartment from the 115 + Temps.
