I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 because it leaked. I am a senior citizen with less hand strength than I used to have. I had an excellent customer service call with Frigidaire and had a return label. When my son-in-law visited, I asked him to check it. He used pliers to tighten the hose and no more leak. So for all you single ladies out there…ask for help and keep your product. Two things to take from this review…great customer service from Frigidaire, purchased from Amazon and had good customer service there, and product works as described. Efficient, quiet, cycles on and off as needed. If you do have to use the bucket it has a handle and water guard do no spillage!

This dehumidifier is doing the job. It's small enough to be out of the way but big enough to lower the humidity in my basement. The display is easy to see and operate. I cannot comment on the longevity of the appliance, having it only a month, but I'm hoping to be using this for years.
