Despite the 4-star rating I really do like this speaker Charging set-up connection were stupid simple amd solid. Range for the Bluetooth is better than advertised in my experience your mileage may vary. Im able to play my Qobuz list easily and it sounds pretty dang good. Im exceedingly finicky about sound which actually is the reason for taking one star away. Volume is good for a unit this size and understanding that the drivers for this speaker were never meant to compete with a home stereo. Tone imo requires using the LG apps equalizer function. The two manual selections of with/without the Sound Boost function are too separated. In fact unless you forgot headphones and absolutely needed to listen to music I would not listen without the Sound Boost mode being activated. It sounds flat and seems to struggle to accurately play music in its full scale. However with Sound Boost it really makes a positive difference Weather-resistance is great and it seems completely unaffected so far in that regard. So it will get plenty of use on the deck this summer. Overall if you remember that you are buying a portable speaker and keep your expectations realistic I believe youll enjoy this as much as I am so far. If youre looking for something louder I would give the new HUGE LG portable party boxes a tryout. If theyre built the same way as this unit I would imagine your entire neighborhood will be happy to help you write your review.

This is a great little speaker I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of sound it produced. The tone is top notch. It is easy to use and it is easy to pack up and take along wherever we need to use it We have a couple other Bluetooth speakers and this one appears to connect most readily and delivers quality sound. Product is as promised and the family is very pleased. Highly recommend this product. *I received a discount for providing my honest review.

There are so many good things to say about the XG7 XBOOM Go. I really love the mood lighting that emits from the ends of the speaker as its playing. Its got an amazingly long battery life so I can take it and use it just about anywhere without worrying about a charge. This thing is water proof AND dust proof so its a must when were out hiking or even on the paddle board. Who doesnt like tunes on the water? The powerful sound fills up my entire house and its perfect for the backyard gatherings well have during warmer weather I look for ways to use this because of the great music that comes out of this speaker

I was given the LG XG7 on the go speaker and I am loving it. The speaker connects with my computer seamlessly. With up to 24 hour battery I can step out of the house in the front porch. The speaker is great because it has a IP67 dust and water resistant. This is nice In the event of water spills and or when it is rained on. The Aux connector and charging port is conveniently hidden when not needed. The speaker gives you a nice Sound Boost EQ mode and a nice Flashing LED lights to go that base.

The XG7 Xboom Go is a nicely featured Bluetooth speaker with good sound all tucked into a tight little convenient package. The first thing that stood out to me immediately was the speed which the speaker paired via Bluetooth. Quick and easy to get up and running. The Bluetooth distance was also impressive with the speaker continuing to operate while I moved my phone around multiple rooms in the house. From podcasts to music the speaker goes for hours on one charge and has a durable exterior that allows you to take it wherever you want to go. Music in the bathroom while you shower sure. Poolside listening to your favorite tunes you bet. Toss it in your bike basket and listen to podcasts while pedaling the boardwalk absolutely. The base is surprisingly good for a small speaker and the quick USB charging means you dont have to wait long for your portable sounds. Although cylindrical in shape the XG7 has a flat bottom which allows it to sit securely on any flat surface. I found the speaker can play all day long and into the night on one charge. If you run the lighting it seems to run out of power quicker but without lights the speaker will last longer than you will. The most surprising function I found for the speaker was that it works perfectly for web based meetings. The microphone on the speaker allowed me to listen to meetings and speak when necessary while not being strapped to my computer. The sizeabe battery and USB C connection also means the XG7 can help keep your other electronic devices powered to bridge the gap between charging opportunities. The XG7 is a jack of all trades bluetooth speaker that you will use more than you expect. It provides great sound utility and value in a small package.
