The new range worked great, but stopped working after less than 6 months. The oven doesn't heat on bake or convection bake. I tried calling customer support multiple times and was given authorization for a repair with a store that doesn't repair bosch (for quite some time). So now I'm stuck with a $5000 range, that is not functioning, within warranty, and no support from Bosch. Absolute worst decision to buy this. I had heard Bosch were great products with great support, but now deeply regret buying from them.

A majority of all of the reviews related to the electronics apply to our Bosch 36" Dual Fuel Range Model HDS8655U. We have now had Bosch customer and their repair team to our house for 3 service calls. Anyone considering the purchase of this particular product should research all reviews on the Bosch and other major retailer websites. While there are positive reviews, the 1 star ratings, which are mostly related to the electronics, are most concerning and apply to my review. BTW, we bought our range when they were first released and no reviews were available. Our purchase was based on the satisfactory quality of 7 other appliances, including a 30" dual fuel range, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and wall ovens, that we own. Bosch customer service/repair has been very responsive and accomodating sto date but the electronic problems continue to occur. I look forward to having a range of this price range perform outlined in Bosch online information. I am hoping for satisfactory resolution to my issues. Extremely Frustrated

Best range ever! Keeps even oven temperature and steady flames on top. It's also a beautiful unit. Two Convection options and proof mode too Internal gauge is awesome for perfect outcome

Can't do zero stars or I would. We purchased this range with many other Bosch products. The first one came damaged so we had to have a loaner stove for Thanksgiving. New one finally came and it appeared to work so we took it, but when I went to bake it only heated to about 100 degrees. Called service, they came couldn't fix, ordered parts, wait, wait, wait. Parts came, still didn't work. Now in third set of parts 7 months later and still no oven. Now the error messages also make the fan stay on, so had to unplug it entirely. So my stove that cost thousands, I have to light with a lighter. Totally ridiculous. Now again waiting for parts that probably won't fix this range. So disappointed. Just give me a range that actually works. Does not seem like an unreasonable expectation.
