My wife and I are very pleased with our new GE glass top range/oven. The glass stays clean and pristine even after boil-overs and my messy cooking skills. It's simple to use, looks great, the oven heats up quickly and my wife (the baker) says she loves it.

This model electric range,based on the picture shown,is SUPPOSED to have the "Even Bake"heating elements in the oven.It does not have those,it has something else entirely different.The MAIN reason,that I bought this model,was for the "Even Bake" feature with the oven.Home Depot,where I bought this electric range,has not done a lot,to help correct the screwup.Home Depot"s floor model,has the "Even Bake"heating elements in it's oven, and that's why I chose this model,it is the exact same model,EXCEPT it did not arrive with the same heating elements in it.General Electric,owes me a credit toward the GE model,that I have to purchase,to get the "Even Bake" heating elements, which is the model JB655DKWW ,which I have ordered once again through Home Depot in Altoona

I'm not a person who needs the latest and greatest with all the bells and whistles. This range suits my needs perfectly and has all the basic features that I need. The oven is accurate and the only feature I've ever relied on is a timer. It's perfect and I like that fact that it's made in the USA.(hopefully). That's extremely important

Our old range died and was expensive to repair not know what would break next. We found this one and liked all the features. My cooking has improved with this range, evening baking, quick heating of elements. No complaints.
