I loaded the dishwasher and waited to hear rushing water. I thought something was wrong! No, perfectly clean dishes and no noise! I love this dishwasher!

We bought this to replace our other Bosch dishwasher that lasted 11 years. This model had the same control panel as our older one. However, the quality of the racks and silverware baskets are extremely disappointing. The silverware baskets do not attach properly to the bottom rack and kept coming off, however after attaching with zip ties, they stay in place. On the upper rack, the small shelves are mounted permanently and do not swing up as they did on the prior model. The quality of this dishwasher is not as good as the 11 year old model.
