The dryer looks nice, runs quiet, and in general works very well. The dryer has sensors that stop the dryer before the clothes get too hot. They seem damp when they first come out and should hang or sit for a few minutes before you put them up. But the clothes smell better and we use lots less detergent/fabric softener.

Love all the settings and would have given a 5 rating except that the water pools excessively in the rubber drum requiring hand drying after each use as well as in the inner area to prevent mold build up.

After our Bosch Axxis dryer died (no replacement electrical boards available) we decided to just update the dryer. We were pleasantly surprised to find the 800 Series was just as good or even better than our prior unit. I'd buy it again if i had to!

First dryer was leaking water. I was told the machine was improperly soldered at the manufacturer. Replacement dryer arrived dented and also needs to be replaced. Awaiting third dryer now. As an aside, my brand new washer (and it's replacement) were both dented as well.
