This had problems from day 1. It did not drain after washing so there always remained water in it. When I called LG they said it was a pump problem and that the part was back ordered more than 2 wks. So they said they will just give me a new washer rather than make me wait. However I will admit that getting the check from them is taking more than 2 wks in itself. But still that seems pretty good assuming the check arrives. I am assuming it will. Ill have to see if the next one works any better.
