Love the washer/dryer but there seems to be a problem. The washer is not filling to the selected depth. Also the water temp is always cold

I absolutely love my new Frigidaire washer/dryer. I wash a lot of blankets, towels, jeans - and can get full loads in one wash, instead of having to break them down. It is a lot bigger than people think. We have been bragging on it everywhere we go. Thank you to the person who thought of this appliance.
