This was installed 8 days ago and now it has stopped cooling. The contents of the freezer are melting and the unit has been running nonstop for days. We thought Maytag was high quality. The 29 year old refrigerator it replaced never required service of any kind.

Refrigerator looks great on outside,however I was disappointed in the quality of the plastic shelves, and drawers. Felt they were not nearly as sturdy or well made as my 20 yr old whirlpool. Also disappointed there was no container or area for egg storage.

1 bought this 2 weeks ago. I changed back from a FRENCH to a SIDE by SIDE> Samsung would not help out on the problem with the French. I found a local dealer to and moving away from the big box stores! I was able to get more in the side by side than my French. Great refrig!! Thank you and looks great in the stop where the monster refrig was. Only 1 problem. They write up and other info says it has LED Lighting - mine did not have the LED Lighting. Regular white bulbs . Also, as a suggestion for future builds. the 3 storage containers inside sound cheap sliding them. please provide more sound proof for these drawers and the ice maker please .
