We bought this unit from Lowe's 9/22/19, (yup 3 days ago). We plugged it in, set it up and waited the 24 hours as recommended to get to temperature. We're on day 3 and it still won't cool! At this point just $ down the drain. Currently on hold with the help center waiting on a response, praying they will replace or fix it. Very disappointed.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over 3weeks. So far, so good. The best feature is storage. The shelves on the door are huge, holds a lot of supplies. The only negative is the water dispense is not very cold?
