I bought this three weeks ago and I would give the picture itself five stars. The interface with the internet Comcast and voice commands is very spotty. One day it works well and the next day the TV cannot follow my voice commands. It repeats my command and gets it wrong. Last night I tried and tried to get the cursor to bring up a different channel and then another streaming platform and it wouldnt do it. The TV wouldnt switch at all. The written directions as meager as they are are poorly written. I need a manual My old dumb TV had none of these problems. I have not yet gone online to try to solve some of these problems - perhaps thats where the answers are. But why does the TV work perfectly one day and has the above problems the next? I also purchased a sound bar and it does enhance the audio markedly.
