I have had this unit running for about a month. Works great at keeping a small insulated room cool. My only complaint is that its loud enough to drown out the TV and I have to turn the volume up and down as the AC goes off and on frequently.

I bought this about a month ago to replace a wall unit that was over 40 years old. We were afraid to it due to its age. I bought a wall sleeve to go with this and it fit like a glove. I liked the fact that it came with trim pieces as well to give it a finished look.

Bought a month ago works good only problem is the display panel....very very very difficult to see the tiny lights even with a magnifying glass so you can imagine when using the remote it is impossible. Poorly designed

unit not noisy runs well-on energy saver it sounds like it is coming on in a few seconds it stops-no big deal it may just be checking if it is time to come on
