Love the size and styling, looks great in our airstream trailer. It boggles my mind though that it came with a bright white power cord which stands out in stark contrast to the sleek black cabinet. The defrost function is inconvenient; the default time is 11:52 seconds. This can be adjusted down second by second but would have been much more user friendly to just enter a time and be done with it.

I've had this microwave for about two years. The glass turnable tray has broken. To replace, with delivery thru Whirlpool or any other plave is----the glass turnable is $66 to replace. I'm outraged and disappointed :(
