Just got this a week ago.. noticed that the small burners in the back even on L.. are still too hot....tech adjusted.. now it's perfect! KitchenAid should check this.. I have been cooking 40+ yrs. so I know what a LOW should be..Other than that.. haven't used the Convection yet but oven is nice! Better range than the Maytag it replaced!

Our old range quit and we have to have this rfange to complete or Kitchenaid kitchen. We tried the home-made chocolate chip cookie receipe and the oven tested perfectly!
