My LG air conditioner is in my kitchen and is powerful enough to also cool an adjoining sunroom It is also quiet and I am pleased that it has an energy saver setting AND a setting called DRY which takes away indoor humidity.

I purchased the ThinQ air conditioner at the end of May and by the end of August it completely stopped working. The light doesnt even turn on anymore when the unit is plugged in. I called customer service did all the troubleshooting and was supposed to have a tech come out. No one called or showed up for the appointments I booked multiple times. Worst. Customer. Service. I want a refund and I am being pushed around. I do not recommend this product.
