I bought the sound bar from Costco 7-12-23 from Costco. It arrived on 7-15-2:3. I opened the box a few days later connected the sound bar with a HDMI cable paired the subwoofer both worked. I then waited about a week to connect the Standby/Link connected the rear surround speakers but no sound from them. I looked at the connection for the SN7R which tge SP7R replaced. It looked like connections were correct I got sound from one rear speaker but not the other. I then called LG Customer Sefvicd to get bell but got disconnected so I waited a day to call back which I did on 7-27-/: the LG rep walked me through the surround rear speakers after following his steps both rear speakers now have sound Thank you

Purchased LG sound system SP7R DUSACLK with Meridian. Setup was not complicated. My questions are with the small rear wired speakers with reported impedence of 3ohms 45W ea.. The speaker wires provided were not enough to place behind. What speaker wire guage due you recommend for extended length of 50 ft or less each. Question 2 some 7.1 ch. system designs show two additional rear/side speakers for better sourround sound so can additional rear /side speakers be added?

Very weak subwoofer. My 10yr old lg home theater has a lot more bass. Have setting all the way to +6 and weaker than my old set running at -2 Wish they made it better not worse. Now I need to return

First speaker bar was brought back to Costco because the help line said the unit was probably defected...Brought home a secondsound system identical to the first and it has the same problem. The 2 small seperate speakers just dont work.

Purchased spring 2023. Setup was easy - there is speaker wire. Sounds great but would like a little more bass. Through the app you can control all the settings but limited on the subwoofer. Great overall
