I bought this in 2021 had it installed but unfortunately the hurricane took it out. I didnt buy the extended warranty the first time but did this time so fingers crossed Its a little noisy but overall I was very happy with it I bought a replacement the other day I certainly hope I get more than a year out if this one. I would recommend it for sure

The unit came with a large dent in the outside shell but I was able to get it straightened out satisfactorily and it doesnt appear to affect any operations. The shell fit the wall opening that the old unit was in perfectly making installation a breeze. Everything is working great. Quiet operation and the remote are real upgrades from the old unit of a different brand. I am highly satisfied.

My unit went out after 3yrs of running everyday. I had purchased the extended warranty LG service was great to work with. Couldnt do without a unit so I went out and bought this same unit to replace one I had.
