Bought it before summer start to prepare for the summer. You guess want. Never able to use it for one single day for the whole summer. Now is still being fixed by the repair service LG sent. It has been weeks and no updates provided every time I asked.

We bought it two months ago and turned it on after installed. It blows air so we thought it works. After two months when we actually need it to work and realize it only blows air but not cooling air. At its lowest temperature cooling mode blows the same air as fan mode. And lowes is not letting me to return it because it is after 30 days. and LG customer service said because this air conditioner is not working because my room is too small for it. So the compressor is not turning on. I need to buy a small unit for my room. If my room is too small it should be too cold in the first place right? but it never blow cool air. Now I dont know what to do with this thing.
